Hi Robert, do you think cryptocurrency could be used in order to build an incentive for people to contribute their phones and computer to a a decentralized neural network traininer?

Something similar to how Filecoin uses cryptocurrency to encourage users to delegate memory on their machines, or Golem for decentralized computing power.
